3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be refunded.
- Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Identification: Guests are required to present a valid ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by SPIBooking may result in eviction without refund.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
- Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking. Additional guests may result in additional charges or eviction.
